Legacy speed test now online

After a few requests, we have got the legacy JavaScript speed test back online. Now if you don’t have Flash installed, or for any reason the Flash speed test does not work, you now have the option of swapping to the old JavaScript test.

Please bare in mind that the JavaScript test should only be used as a last resort, and isn’t nearly as accurate as the Flash test. This is due to inconsistiencies in browsers rendering engines, which explains why you can often get different results using different browsers.
